30 Day Refund or Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds:
Any unopened item may be returned (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from date of invoice. Unopened returned items for refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Any unopened item may be returned for merchandise credit. The full amount of the original purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling charges) can be applied towards other merchandise. All available credit must be used. Any credit left over will be applied towards future orders.
Directions for Refund & Exchange
If you have a product that you would like to return or exchange, simply email us from the Contact Us page with your Name, Shopper ID# number, date of purchase, product# and name of product, and your request will be handled promptly. Or you can call 855-888-2211. Please do not return any product until you have been contacted with return instructions.
Item(s) should be returned in the original package with the original receipt and a short explanation with the reason for the return.
Also, please make note of a phone number or email address at which you can easily be contacted in case we require more information.
Once your return has been received, we will contact you by email when we have received your package.
If the credit of your unopened returned item(s) are being used to apply towards other product(s), please note that shipping charges are applied to ship the other product(s) back to you.
Cancellation of Orders:
After an order has been placed, and you wish to cancel it, you must contact us before it has been processed and shipped. Failure to contact us promptly will result in a 10% cancellation fee. This is done to cover shipping and handling costs and credit card fees.
Please be aware that most orders are processed and shipped the same day.
Wrong Product Received
From time to time mistakes do happen. So if we send you the wrong product(s), please do not open the product(s), contact us and we will correct the error. You will not pay for shipping charges twice if it is our mistake.
Also, please contact us right away using the same guidelines listed under Returns and Refunds. Do not send the product back without informing us first. If the above procedures are not followed we will not accept payment for any shipping charges incurred on your behalf.

Prices Subject to Change
While we try to keep from raising prices there are things beyond our control that will cause periodic increases. Two of them are increased costs from manufacturers and raw materials.
A third area is the rising costs of operating a business. As everyone knows whether you own a business or not, it’s a fact of life that prices on products we purchase and services we use eventually increase.
Due to the periodic increases in prices from manufacturers there may be a situation where you enter into the shopping cart an item that is out of stock at a certain price, but is now higher when we go to order more product to restock. If at all possible we will try to honor the original price, but if there is a substantial increase we will have to inform you of the new price. From there you can let us know if you still wish to have your order processed and shipped. We try to watch prices very closely to update them before people order to avoid this scenario, but it can happen, although rarely.
We will never raise prices arbitrarily, but if there is a price increase from time to time please understand it is only due to increased costs on our end due to the reasons listed above.
